The "Adventure group".
ESTABLISHED TO;
1. Cater for drivers with a high level of competency&experience. To provide an opportunity, for those who wish, to be involved in 4x4 activities that challenge and test their high level skills, and to participate in organised trips, confident that ALL other members on trips, will have their same high level of skill and experience. MEMBERSHIP IS BY INVITATION;
5 YEARS CLUB EXPERIENCE IS A GENERAL GUIDE;
 2. To assist members, who aspire to move up to full winch challenge competition, to improve their experience and skill sets while on trips. some members may be capable of reaching international level competition.(ie outback challenge etc) Adventure group activities are not like normal club activities. They should be viewed as different and additional to club activities, existing club affiliations remain in place.
QUALIFIER;

COMPETENCY;
All prospective members participate in trips/trials set by "A" group co-ordinator, to qualify for full membership.(no exceptions). this will normally be a grade 4/5 trip, completed solo, with self recovery, winch challenge style, with a DNF time, set by "A" group co-ordinator, this is simply to set a NECESSARY bench mark, for minimum entry level skills.
IT IS NON-COMPETATIVE.
The qualified group co-operatively organize difficult trips, so members can challenge themselves to negotiate their vehicles through the roughest terrain possible,without breaking the truc,(or themselves), and have as much fun and enjoyment as possible in the process.
competition is left for organised competative events.
 VEHICLE STANDARD;
1 Min Ground clearance 260mm
2 Two traction aids (Diff lock,OR LSD)
3 WORKING Winch.
4 PLUS A LIST OF ESSENTIAL RECOVERY EQUIPMENT.
